Campag derailleur, Shimano shifters & casssette?

Not really...Need some Campag flat bar shifters and that will work
great.

I don't know of anything that would make rear work. I would guess
that hooking up the rear derailleur cable to the topside of the
mounting bolt instead of the lower side, may work. I'd wager even
money.

Front double should work.

This can be done with a shiftmate. Contact them for questions. They have
combinations they can make that are not listed on the standard chart. I
know a guy who did what you are looking for and it worked great.
