I have a Camelbak Omega Reservoir which developed a slow leak at the point of attachment of the tube to the body. This was cured for a while by cutting a piece off the end of the tube and refitting it but the leak has now returned and several attempts at doctoring the tube have not had the desired effect. My next move will have to be a new tube as it is getting a bit short but I would be interested to know if anyone else has had this problem and managed to overcome it.

Get in touch with Camelbak (or their importer). IME most such people understand customer service well and will get you sorted. I had a Playpus delaminate which was replaced FOC with no problem, for example.
