I regulary cycle a 6 mile route with a 3/4 mile climb with a altitude diference of 40 metres. The rest is pretty flat with one other steepish hill approx 3rd of a mile long altitude diference approx 10-15 metres. The whole route takes me approx 40 minutes.
How many calories approx. would I be burning?
Thanks
Fred🙄

Fred🙄According to Yahoo health calorie calculator: 160 lb man bicycling for 40 minutes at a moderate intensity will burn approx 387 kcal. This amount will increase the more you weigh or visa-versa.
