  1. Is there a formula for calculating how much work I did and how much
    energy I expended for various weights, reps, and sets?

    I know that from the from a physics perspective, 10x5 = 5x10.

    But I think I read muscles work more than twice as hard to move double
    the weight. So 10x5 would be less than 5x10.

    That would seem to suggest that 5x10 will expend more energy than
    10x5. Is there some (even rough) formula for calculating how much more
    or less?
