  1. ok how does one calculate carbs. I've been just looking at that the carb
are and just using that but I think I'm wrong.

  2. 3 cups of mixed salad vegetables containing 50% lettuce and the rest would
be a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper, radish, mushroom. This
will be close enough to about 20g of carbs. As you read more about the
nutritional value of different foods, you will be able to add a few more
veggies as you up the carb levels. Eat real, natural foods. Stay away from
"Lo-carb" packaged products for now. They are tricky in the way carbs are
calculated and can stall your weight loss.

  3. I wrote my own software that let me keep track of carhs and weight, and so
on. I had problems with my hard drive and had to do a recovery thing, and I
don't yet have that back, but can get it back. It wasn't a big deal to me
since most people here use other software for doing the same thing, and it
probably works better than mine. I will get it back, though, and if people
want it, I'll be happy to just give it away. I make money in similar but
    other ways, LOL!!!

  4. Luna is right. What you are eating not only has a lot of higher carb foods
in it, it also has high calorie foods. How do you expect to lose weight if
you consume all that and don't burn it off?

There's no secret to weight loss. Only science.

  5. Did BonM post his food intake? I didn't see it. Where is it?
