There was a story on the other day that supposedly it's been determined that
the calcium in milk is not useful to humans. Yet, the label on the milk
carton lists, as it has for years, the amount of calcium as a percentage of
the USRDA. Was it not at some point determined that items on this list on
products are actually accessible to one's system?

Where would the cows get all that calcium if they don't drink cow's milk?
