Café Pacifico Hot Sauce
This is what they put on your table along with tortilla chips at the Café Pacifico restaurants in
London, Amsterdam, Sydney and Paris.
1 tin plum tomatoes (400g) 100g tomato puree 2 fresh green chillies 20 sprigs fresh coriander
(cilantro) 1 chopped medium onion 1 tsp salt 1 tsp lemon juice
Blend all.
It can be stored for three days in a sealed jar or frozen.

Hey, I tried this recipe. It was good! Classic no-frills easy salsa.
