Caesar/Alex Cardini Salad?

IOW, who gives a flop? The whole Caesar Salad origins thing has
become a crashing bore, what with everybody and their dog claiming to

.....it's not even Diana Kennedy who claims to know. It's Stephen Block
stating Paul Kump claims to know that Diana Kennedy.... yada yada...

Since hardly anyone makes the dressing the same as the alleged
original, it's a moot point. If you want anchovies, add anchovies! I
certainly do.

Agreed! I like Caesar Salad and often go for it in restaurants. I have
yet to have had the (exact) same thing twice! I think the chefs "do
their own thing". I like it with anchovies too, though 🙂
