1 head of cabbage cut into quarters
1/3-1/2 cup cream or half and half (depending on how much cabbage is used)
2/2 cup melted butter 3 eggs, beaten Salt and pepper to taste Bread crumbs mixed with a little
    melted butter

Cook the cabbage wedges in lightly salted boiling water 8-10 minutes-drain and cool. Cut into thin
slices. (Almost like cole slaw). Blend together, cream, melted butter and eggs. Place the cabbage
into a buttered baking dish, pour the cream mixture over then top with the buttered bread crumbs.
Bake 350: for about 30-40 minutes. Serves about 6 depending on the size of the cabbage. Jan
