  1. Hello:
I´m 5.8 tall and one of my two bycicles is size 56 and the other 54 ,in the 56 I use 100 mm stem and the saddle all the way
forward do you think is a big frame?

  2. With the limited info provided, I'd speculate the 56cm is too big. Is 56cm the measurement of the top tube center to center; the seat tube center to top, or seat tube center to center?

Sounds like you need to find your Knee Over Pedal Spindle (KOPS, aka 'neutral'😉 position first. Find that saddle position and report back on how you feel about your reach to the handlebars. Too far; just right; too short.

How's your 'stand-over' with the 56? With the 54? When you're standing over the bike with feet on the ground, what is the distance of the top tube from touching your crotch? If you can't stand over your bike (top tube is pressing into your crotch), then it's definitely too big.

The easiest way to tell would be for you to post a picture of you riding the 56. Idealy, it would be you riding it rather than propped up against a wall and it'd be even better if you were riding it fairly hard and someone else too the picture so you'd be in your regular riding position, rather than one just posed for the camera.

I know it seems like alot - but you're asking a lot too...

You can't really say from total height Vs frame size, nor can we say anything based upon you saying that you ride with the seat all the way forward as the frame could be the correct size but your position is totally messed up.

It would seem so, people who are 6'0 or 6'1 generally ride 56cm frames.
