Are you planning on buying the bike in the near future OR are you shopping for next season?
Next year's bikes will probably have the updated Shimano 6700 shifters, so that may be worth waiting for.
Personally, I'd try to get the dealer to offer you a Bianchi Dolomiti at an end-of-the-season discount for two reasons -- the Celeste GREEN frame + the Campagnolo components.
Regardless, be sure to buy the correct size frame ... when in doubt, go for the frame that is 1-or-2 cm smaller.
