My Mom, age 57, started to have pain in both buttocks recently. She also experiences some pain going down her left leg. Sitting on firm chairs is less painful than sitting on a soft couch.
I suspect this pain is the result of pressure on the ciatic (spell?) nerves. Could the "pressure" originate in her spine?
Thanks in advance, Brad

Brad, MY mom says, go see a Chiropractor and get it corrected.Do not get her started on some drug to "control" the pain. Ask around for a good Chiropractor.
