  1. Buttermilk Pie

    l 1/2 cup granulated sugar 3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup buttermilk 1 Tbsp (heaping) flour
    2/4 stick (3/8 cup) butter, melted

    Combine all ingredients. Pour uncooked liquids into uncooked pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 300
    degrees F.

    I would add 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract or 1 teaspoon Pure Almond Extract. Nita Holleman
