Hi all,
Ive just taken an easy week or so after finding myself very run down from over training/work etc. Been racing today and have found that i am going ok but need to increase my speed if im going to get any wins by the end of the year. Anybody got any tips on how to get back on top after this kind of set back.
Just for a bit of back ground i have been doing around 250+ miles per week with one rest day and two easy days per week. I'm aiming to be back all firing by August. Is this feasable.
Cheers for any input
Phil
