I am trying to put a bike together and here is my first question. I have the Litespeed Vortex and Lite Tec Hp full carbon fork and I was wondering what Integrated headset I should be using. What brand and model? Thanks

The HS has to match the headtube.Check with litespeed on specs and or a recommendation.
