Guess who stripped his new binder bolt nut tonight, while UNDOING it.
Doh!
Anyway, my best bet for tomorrow is Decathlon, or maybe Halfords BUT are these things a common item, or maybe a few different types? Mine has a tubular 'nut' with a pip on the underside of the head, that seats on the LHS of the stem and a shoulder-type screw that does the clamping force bit.
Hope I don't have to get one of Dawes, I can see that taking a while :-(

They are rare. I couldn't get one at Halfords or the LBS, so I cleaned up my old one when the frame was resprayed. One witout a pip will work though.

I think they are pretty standard items. I have certainly got aftermarket replacements, get stainless steel ones, alloy are not strong enough
