Really simple recipe I found in a local paper.
Buffalo Wings
5 lb. of chicken wings, segmented and wing tips discarded.
Oil for frying
1/2 cup butter
hot sauce
Deep fry wings until golden brown. Set aside to drain on brown paper.
While doing this, preheat oven to 350. Microwave butter. When butter is
melted, add one whole cup of hot sauce (we use Texas Pete or Crystals)
and mix thoroughly. Lay the fried wings on jelly roll pan or any flat pan
with low sides. (May take two to three sheet pans). Spoon butter/hot
sauce over wings. Pop in oven for approximately 15 minutes, until wings
crisp up and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Enjoy.
