  1. There is a slight revision to IR176 rules in the Budget.

    According to our local paper:

    " The benefit in kind rules of bicycles and computers have also been
    revised. From April 6, 2005, where a computer or bicycle is loaned to an
    employee and subsequently purchased by the employee there will be no charge
    to tax if the asset is sold to the employee at market value."
