A very good witness for Landis. He knows how to testify, and generally brought significant challenges to the LNDD lab practices. One key legal question for the arb panel is whether his expertise, not on WADA procedures or standards, is relevant to the findings of LNDD, or the relative value of those procedures or standards. He cleverly complimented the Montréal lab, cosying up to Christiane Ayotte, its directress.
