This is the second year that recumbents will be expressly allowed in the North Atlantic Championship TT. We had only one show up last year (he did very, very well). George from www.reynoldsweldlabs.com. Nice guy, really cool bike.
I thought these low riders were itching to go one-on-one with the uprights? Well here's your chance. I went to the mat (and was beaten back for a few years) to get this allowed.
I hope a few show up . . . please see bikereg.comregister.aspOpen ↗, regardless of your cycle orientation. Hope to see you there.

Sounds like you were victimized by officials who don't bother to read the rulebook. Recumbents under 2 meters long have been legal since January 1, 1980, when updated USCF racing rules written by Artie Greenberg and me went into effect.
