  1. We are evidently blessed with many Coach's who participate in this group. I believe, "diablo",
Lemley, Colin, and Terry are all real swim coaches.

so I had a question for them, or anyone else.

Do they work on breakouts with each swimmer, attempting to maximize the distance off the wall for
each particular swimmer with a style that best suits them?

For example, for those that are good 'flyers, do they advocate using dolphin kicks on all their
breakouts? If so, how many kicks? One or two big dolphin kicks, or 4-5 tight ones? Do you do
measurements to see what works best for each swimmer?

For swimmers who don't have good dolphin kicks, do you simply say, flutter kick when you begin to
    slow down?

I want to keep working on my breakout, because I know how important it is when swimming in a 25
    yard pool.

    Thanks Eric
