    That's different, and yummy-sounding. I am envisioning some
    olives too.

    So perhaps I invented it. Google has zero webhits on "eggs with
    preserved lemon", and no previous group hits.

    I used perhaps a tablespoon and a half of diced preserved lemon,
    mixing it into two eggs before adding them to the pan, in which
    the onion and zuchini were already sauteeing in olive oil.
