  1. Hi guys,

For all those who love gram flour like I do, here's a decent recipe:

  2. Bengal gram flour is available in most indian stores, I dont think we
find them in american stores. It is called Besan - brands would be
besan laxmi, besan swad etc. I hope this helps with your query.

I don't remember ever seeing gram flour in a store. Do you have any
brand names and where to look?

    Thanks

In Portland, some of our local stores stock Bob Mill's
"chickpea/garbanzo bean flour" - equivalent to gram flour. I am almost
sure most natural food stores like Whole Foods carry chickpea flour in
their bulk bins. Also, look for "besan" at Indian grocery stores.

    Hope this helps,
    Kamala.

  4. thats correct, garbanzo bean flour is something that i have seen too,
especially in the west coast of USA.

    Regards,

    Ronnie
