HI, I have an older Norco Hornet with the index gearshifts and I noticed that the front and back brake pads sortof go on/off the wheel but I'm not pressing the brake thing. I had a major overhaul which I paid 30 bucks for, but it hasn't stopped!!!!!! What can I do????
