  1. Beautiful day for a ride....sunny and warm.

Only four riders though - Me, DaveB, Dutch, Steve

DaveB turned off early and was going to meet us back at Diamond Creek but
when we came through there was no sign of him (hope you were on a time
    schedule and didn't puncture Dave??).

No great maximum speeds attained today (I only hit 83 km/h) although Dutch
and I enjoyed overtaking cars in the 70 zone on the run from the roundabout
    down to Greensborough.

I had another crack at timing myself from the end of the bridge at
Warrandyte to the top of the hill and managed 14m02s. It felt like I was
going much harder than last week when I did it with blah, but I only managed
to shave off 15 seconds...I guess that there is always next week.

    Ride On,

I was thinking one of you guys must have punctured. had my 3 doughnuts
(yes 3) and can of coke and read the paper and still no sign of you guys
so figured I'd better move on.

I got slower. I think last week the sight of BikeSoiler and Anna not too
far ahead kept me moving along. This week I struggled a bit.
