I have recently researched the Bowen Technique and I like what I read. My sister is suffering quite badly with sciatica and really getting no relief fron visiting a physiotherapist. Before I advise her to seek a Bowen practitioner in her area (and spend what could be quite a lot of money) I would like some information on success rates, facts and figures of treating sciatica with the Bowen technique. Also is there an another therapy that may be better suited to this condition than the Bowen technique.

I'm not familiar with the "Bowen" technique. Is it a Chiropractic method? Why not simply go to a good Chiropractor, and do some exercise?
