Hey guys...bought a Powertap SL tonight off Ebay....looking forward to it arriving.
Anyone have a thread, article, website that is a must read for a beginner when it comes to Power Training?
I understand the terminology etc....I just want to figure out the best way to benefit from this once I receive it.
