Bottom Bracket help?

What the Otter-man didn't say is that the cartridge cannot be
dissassembled easily. Here's how to remove it:

probably replace it.

If the bike's been submerged, you should wash it thoroughly inside and
out, then spray some light oil inside the frame tubes if the bike's
steel.

It's a Cannondale frame, was submerged just above the hubs for about 2 days,
the frame is full of water and mud, when you hold it up on the back wheel
water runs out of the chain stays. I plan to take it to the car wash today
and really hose it down, the mud is probably contaminated and little toxic.
Then I'll completely tear it down, dry everything inside and out, wd-40 it
to displace any left water, then oil and lube every part before putting it
back together. The bottom bracket and pedals were the only parts I didn't
know how to get inside of.
