Can anyone suggest a more or less non-lethal bike route in
Boston that will connect Milk Street, near Congress (rental
apt. for 10 days) to the work site at the Bayside Expo
Center (on Mt. Vernon St., more or less near U. Mass, I
believe). TIA.

Try posting to the mass bike e-mail list, they're very
helpful in such things ...

Someone on that list recently suggested using
mapsonus.commapsonus.comOpen ↗ and setting it to shortest route /
avoid major highways. That site does seem to have the best
maps of Boston.
