Boonen bursts past Cipo (Eurosport)

Belgium's Tom Boonen (Quickstep) streaked past Mario Cipollini to claim victory and the overall lead after the first stage of the Tour of Qatar Monday. Cipo, wearing the new colours of his Liquigas outfit, as well as last year's overall winner Robbie Hunter, who now rides for Phonak.
