  1. There are two books: "Total Immersion: The Revolutionary Way to Swim Better, Faster, and Easier" and
"Swimming Made Easy: The Total Immerion Way for Any Swimmer to Achieve Fluency, Easy, and Speed in
Any Stroke. I'm a beginner. I discovered and discover how amazing swimming is and I need a guidebook
and your help.I don't now which book I should buy. What are differences between this books? Maybe
are another, worth mentioning books? Please help me.

    Thanks in advance

Swimming Made Easy is Terry Laughlin's more recent book and I gather he has changed/refined his
drills since the first book, so SME would be the better choice.

  3. I started with the book 'Triahtlon swimming made easy' by Terry Laughlin, because I am specially
interessted in freestyle. I can realy recomend the book, there are some basic rules(*), which seam
to be logical when your read them, but I would never get to them without the book.

(*)the moist basic rule: work smarter not harder !

it helped me a lot, but I am still learning. Dani

SME is the newer version of the "strokes" drills. TSME is theTriathlon swimming made easy. I
don't have it yet but my understanding is that it deals only with freestyle and is even bent
more towars triathlon freestyle. Longer swims, sighting strokes etc. I have the first and
second book. The second, SWE, is a superior, IMO, set of drills. Also contains all four
strokes which is nice once you get one down move on to the next.
