The white painted spokes on my Bontrager RXL wheels chips very easily and the spokes have rusted underneath. Has anyone replaced their spokes with stainless steel ones and, if so, what type and length? 😕

Type and length can depend on the year model. Some are straight pull, some are J-bend type. Some have paired spokes some (the more recent) do not.
Some of them have the spoke length written in fine print on a rim label, some do not and will need to be measured.If I'm right your model should be a later one with J-bend non-paired spokes which makes them easier to rebuild with DT stainless spokes.
