Bobby Julich isn't appealing his Olympic bronze medal because deep down
inside he knows Hamilton won his gold fair and square.

Uh no! Jullich doesn't make the appeal the USOC would on his behalf. If they did appeal wouldn't that be admiting Tyler is guilty?

Julich also has the right to appeal - it doesn't have to be filed
through the IF.
