Yesterday was one of the first times I've heard Bob speak about his roll in Lance's comeback. It's in Lance's first book, but Bob hasn't really talked much about their training camp in Boone, NC. He spent 30 seconds on it yesterday while recounting his favorite Lance memory, but I wish he'd go into the story a little more. Maybe it's personal, and maybe he doesn't want to disclose personal stories about Lance in public. But it's a really good story and I wonder if he knew at the time how important that little camp was.
