  1. Blue Cheese Walnut Crackers

1 (11-oz.) package pie crust mix
    1(4-oz.) container crumbled blue cheese
    1/2cup chopped walnuts
    3/4tsp. coarse grind black pepper
    2 to 3 Tbsp. water

Prep time: 10 minutes, Chill time: at least 1 hour Cook time: 13 to 15
    minutes
Stir together pie crust mix, cheese, walnuts and pepper in a medium
bowl. Add enough water to make a firm dough. Roll into a 1 1/2-inch log
and wrap in plastic wrap; chill until firm. Preheat oven to 400 F and
lightly spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Slice dough
into 1/8-inch thick slices and place on prepared baking sheets. Bake
for 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool on baking
sheets and store in an airtight container.
    Makes about 50 crackers.

Tips! Dough may be made ahead and frozen. Once baked, crackers are very
    delicate so handle carefully.
