I've noticed a few kids riding around with their helmets on backwards and wondered if this new trend was inspired by Lleyton taking up cycling during the off season.
I asked one and he told me that it's easier to put the helmet on if you do it backwards because you don't have to undo the straps, especially if you keep them nice and loose.
The problem is that the narrow straps at the back go right past the outside of their eyes and act like blinkers on a racehorse. Can't be too safe if you ask me.
