well its a good job i start a job tomorrow, as i almost definatly have
to purchase Muni of some description, so thats this months wages spent
already, im thinking smoething along the lines of a KH24 🙂
i had a great ride yesterday afternoon with Mike Hinson when he came to
collect my wheel, although not amazing terrain, i cant wait to get a
Muni of my own and go find some great trails.
i really really want to go out now again, but my legs are screaming
nooooooooooooooooooooo as they never have covered much distance in one
evening, to topit off, ryan and i found an easy way of getting into a
local school which has some sets of starirs and benches to play around
on, and lots of legdes and things to jump off.

"rest and elevation" we know its all we'll be told, so why do we still
go and wait in A&E all day?
