Hi I find that bisquick or similar mix makes the best pancakes. I have read where some people add different spices like vanilla, or cinnamon to their mix. The recipe on back of the box is great. Take care. Barb in Texas
Bisquick Pancakes
2 cups Bisquick baking mix 1 cup milk 2 eggs
Mix together until blended. Pour onto greased griddle by scant 1/4 cupfuls. Cook until edges are dry and flip over. Cook until golden.
