  1. Yesterday I pedalled 57.8 miles on #1RI, 175mm Ultegra triple chainset.
    Today I installed an old Deore triple chainset on my tourer. It is equipped
    with biopace rings. Man it feels weird. I never noticed when I used these 15
    years ago, but when spinning it feels really really odd as the resistance
    changes. Not really noticeable going up a steep hill in the 28. Here's
    hoping Spa Cycles have some 110mm PCD 38s and 74mm PCD 28s (I have already
    got a round 50)
