  1. Bing Cherry Salad

1 (16-oz.) can Pitted Dark Sweet Cherries 1 (8-oz.) package
Cream Cheese, softened 1 cup Crushed Pineapple, drained 1
(8-oz. Cool Whip. thawed 2 cups Miniature Marshmallows

Drain cherries, reserve 1/4 cup juice. Whip juice and cream
cheese with mixer until smooth. Stir in cherries and
pineapple. Fold in cool whip and marshmallows by hand. Chill
overnight before serving. This can be put in a mold or just
a pretty glass bowl. Cover tightly before putting in
    refrigerator.

footnote: When I'm making something I want to unmold, I very
lightly spray container with Pam. I put the plate I'm going
to serve it on tightly over top of mole, press plate to mole
and invert mold. Set plate and mold down on counter in tact.
With handle of table knife I gently tap all over on bottom
of mold before lifting it off the salad. Usually works
    pretty good.
