    I am getting a tandem so that I can ride with my 6 year old son. I would like to get him a pair of SPD compatible shoes so that his feet stay on the pedals at all times - if he slips off the pedals while I am pedaling at 90 rpm his legs are going to get a little bashed up. He wears a kid's size 13. Does anyone know if I can get a biking shoe that small???

    I've seen some pretty small shoes around from shimano and also some of the italian companies

    i don't know exactly how smal size 13 is but there are plenty of junior races so maybe your local bike shop or club can help you out
