    hi gys,

    I'm coming for training to malaysia. I will stay at penang where the IM is. Are there any good
    bikeshops, whrer I can by stuff for my bike like tubes or air pump.

    And if anyone has further informations for me, like places to cycle, run or swim...I#m glad...;-)
