I have 3 bikes I need to pass onto more caring homes ...
1 * Raleigh Pioneer hybrid
1 * Other hybrid
1 * Dawes Horizon Tourer **

Condition
The hybrids are both in workable condition, the Raleigh I spent a fair
bit of time on and its in fairly good condition. It was expensive new,
about £175 h*lfrods special but it served me well for a while.
I got the 'other hybrid' from ebay for more gears as the Raleigh only
has 6 but havent ridden it apart from a first outing - id say its in
fair condition.
** The Dawes Horizon tourer is im ashamed to say 'new condition, a
lovely shiny deep blue!' with only a single ride to its name and that
was only 5 miles or so about a year ago!
They all suit the 6' range of rider ... im 6'2.
Is there a place to sell these other than ebay? ... The Dawes Tourer was
bought for my get back into riding attempt, which didnt get off the
ground at all - its about a year old - maybe less, maybe a bit more, my
memory has been terrible lately, ive original receipts I can dig out for
that one somewhere, paid around £400 for it. They are all kept in my
garage which is very dry.
I will put some pictures together of them if anyone is interested (In
the kitchen as seems the requirement of the group ... providing she will
let me!), otherwise i'll ebay them. I can heartily recommend the Dawes
.... just never got my fat [censored] off the couch to actually use it and ive
several projects I want to get off the ground which wont include cycling
so I need to pass them on.
