  1. Every major city should have multiple bike/hike trails to assist in mass evacuations.

    USA Today article:

    Hike/bike trails can be one piece of the puzzle.

    If people are forced to walk out of town they should be able to ride a bike too.

    The Department of Homeland Security should be promoting bike/hike trails as one means of evacuation.
