Well all I hate to be the bearer of bad news but
Locks were ment to do one thing and one thing only "Keep Honest People Honest"
no lock will stop a thief, if they want whats locked bad enough
gee if a bank cant stop them with their muliti Million Dollar Valults what makes you think a $20 to $50 pad lock will stop one
it is a shame noone even questioned them
but like what was said be for all they would have to do is say "I lost my Key"
I wonder how many cyclest actually walked by too ?
