  1. can anyone recommend some bike shorts with pads in the butt? I dont know if they all have that or not
i have an 11km commute to and from work and i think shorts would make my butt hurt less.

  2. ok i have discovered that there are shorts for long distace rides and not long distance rides (less padding i suppose)

Does 20km/day qualify for long distace bike shorts?

  3. Assos, you will never need another pair and the chamois padding is the best out there. The extra cost is worth it.

Fit is more importatnt than price. For that short a commute you don't need to spend a fortune. Even a cheap discount pair will make a huge difference, depending on what you are wearing now. If you are wearing cotton or denim now, that is about like riding a fire hydrant 🙂 and any sort of cycling short will feel heavenly.
