Is there a setup for handle bar height to seat height for XC racing?
I have established my ideal seat height but I feel like I am sitting to upright . There are 3 or 4 spacers below my handlebar, this was the bikes stock handlebar height setup .

for xc racing, the seat should be 1-3 inches above the handlebar
