  1. In our village and some others, the bike is required to be registered for purpose of security. And like vehicles, a sticker is issued to that effect. Any bike cannot just enter our village. Those not registered are asked of an ID and the place to go.

But how about a general registration of bikes? This would deter bikers who are not qualified like children and aged people (mostly using e-tricycle). Right now, anyone can ride a bike even in the main road and they cannot be given a ticket nor arrested so it is becoming prevalent.

  2. I would prefer the general registration more. That way it would decrease the number of accidents and improve road safety.

Children riding tricycles are usually supervised and restricted by their own parents, also a child probably will not leave the neighborhood or park nearby.

So you're telling that measure was not succesfully applied given anyone is riding bike without ID? Well, If you are agreed with bike registration. You should provide help spreading consciousness as much as you can. A stolen or lost registered bicycle can be found, unlike unregistered ones.
