The two additions are from the storeroom of the Dorman Museum, Middlesbrough[1]. They don't have space to display these two---hence one of them hanging upside down---though they do have some other bikes in their social history collection.
You'll notice that both bikes have adjustable cranks. The pedals are precursors of the Crank Brothers Eggbeaters in having more that two positions. Finally, the one with a brake employs a leather cabling system---needs no special Shimano cable cutters.
