Hi guys, I'm new here. I have a 30+ year old road bike that has a Geoffrey Butler frame and nothing but trick parts from back then. It's a really great bike! It was one of the best for it's time, but it's also an old ten speed. I am looking into getting something new. What I want to do is buy a frame and build it up from there. My question is what frame would you recommend?

How much do you want to spend? The range is something like $100 to 10,000.You can get in for less if you start with garage sale or thrift store finds.

I'm looking for something in the 400-500 range.
